Tuition Fees for the School Year 2009/10*

Pre-School & Pre-Kindergarten (mornings only)	CHF 13'400.--

*The tuition fees outlined are for the school year 2009/10. Tuition fees for the school year 2010/11 are subject to inflation related increases. The tuition fees include the costs of all books, the annual field trips and the yearbook. The following fees/charges are not included in the tuition fees outlined above: lunch, speech therapy, College Board/AP/IB exam fees, as well as optional sports trips/tournaments.

Registration Fee – Payment and Policy
If your child’s application is successful and we are in a position to offer your child a confirmed place at our school, you will be required to pay a CHF2000 non-refundable registration fee. Details of how to pay this fee are included in the official offer letter that is sent out to successful candidates.

Enrolment
•    Enrolment is for the whole school year. The tuition fee and a capitation fee of CHF 2'000.- are payable within thirty days of date of the invoice. 1% interest, per month, will be added to all fees which are past the due date, unless previous arrangements have been made with the administration.
•    If a new student is enroled and subsequently does not take up the place on the confirmed starting date, 25% of the annual tuition fees will be deemed payable but not the capitation fee.

Capitation Fee
Upon acceptance of enrolment, a one time capitation fee of CHF 2'000.- per child, will be charged to those families register-ing children in the Pre-Kindergarten class or above. Children joining the Pre-School class will not be charged the capitation fee in their first year but this fee will be levied when a child moves up to the Pre-Kindergarten class the following year.

Cantonal Support
Those families who are residents of either Cantons of Zug or Luzern with students born between June 1st, 2003 and June 1st, 1994 will receive a small cantonal subsidy, per child, per year. These amounts will be credited to your account unless otherwise advised.

School Bus Service
A separate, additional charge is made for those children using the school bus service.

Parents Association
A membership fee of CHF 30.- per child will be levied on behalf of the Parents Association. This will be added to the invoice for the school fees. 

Insurance
All children must have their own liability, accident and health insurances on joining the school.
 
Re-enrolment
Students must be re-enroled by March 31st, at the latest in order to guarantee a place for the new school year.
