The ISZL Student Support Services Handbook gives families all of the information needed to access and understand the services we offer as a school. We are committed to providing a programme which is accessible to all of our students and to support those students who need it to achieve their very best.
New students wanting to join Grade 8 -12 who come from non-English speaking backgrounds or have been educated in a language other than English are asked to demonstrate their level of English language proficiency in order to meet the English language requirements for each grade.
At ISZL, our specialist EAL team consistently and carefully monitors EAL student's progress. Students who are new to the English language typically receive support for three to four years.
