The ISZL Gala is an annual fundraising event that combines philanthorpy and socialising into an evening for our school community. All proceeds from the gala go to support projects of the Fund for Excellence.
Tickets are CHF150.00 per guest (this is an Early Bird Special until 29 February) and include an evening of entertainment, fine dining and drinks in the company of friends and the chance to participate in our auctions while supporting the Fund for Excellence. VAT is included in the ticket price. From 1 March, tickets will revert to CHF170.00.
Invitations with details are sent to community members. A credit card and ISZL Portal access is required to purchase tickets. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has been successful.
Up to ten tickets (one table) can be sold at one time.
Tickets may only be sold to ISZL community members.
Non ISZL community members may only attend the ISZL Gala in the company of ISZL community members or by special invitation.
Ticket sale transaction is only considered final once ISZL receives confirmation of payment.
Should a waiting list be in place for the event, ISZL will be happy to assist in the re-selling of the original purchased ticket (minus handling fee) but reserves the right to sell all remaining tickets before resale tickets.
If purchased tickets are privately resold to others, the seller is required to inform ISZL of this transaction and pass on names and contact details of the new attendees.
Should the event be cancelled by ISZL, a full refund will be given to all ticket holders less handling charges of 10% of the total cost.
The personal information collected during the purchase process, i.e. name, address and contact details, is not retained for marketing purposes or sold or given to any third party.
Online ticket sales will cease when all tickets have been sold, at a time otherwise specified, or within seven days before the event.
The email confirmation of the ticket sale serves as the ticket for the event and as a receipt of payment.
Yes, seating is assigned as tables of 10 and we do take requests. Please submit your seating requests when purchasing your ticket(s) and we will do our very best to accommodate your wish. You may also purchase an entire table to ensure your group is seated together.
A bid in the silent auction is construed as a legal agreement to purchase the listed item(s) at the amount indicated.
During the live auction, the moment the auctioneer declares it, title to the offered lot shall pass to the buyer, who shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot and will be required to sign a confirmation of purchase and supply his/her name and address.
We ask all attendees to collect their items at the end of the evening. In case any items are too big, they will be transported back to the Zug Campus and should be collected from there within 10 works days following the gala. Items not collected within 10 working days of the gala will be forfeited.
