At ISZL, the Arts are a vital part of the curriculum. Through structured classes in visual arts, theatre, and music, students explore artistic techniques, develop creative thinking, and learn to express themselves with confidence and originality.
In addition to the core Arts curriculum, high school students have numerous opportunities to enrich their artistic talents beyond the classroom. These include after-school clubs including manga art, photography, theatre production, jazz band, and visual arts and ceramics.
Students can also participate in multi-grade-level seasonal performances, concerts, and musicals like Chicago the Musical, Hound of the Baskervilles, or ‘Friday Night Live’ Battle of the Band performances.
Students learn to respect different perspectives and communicate their thoughts and feelings in various forms, giving them a powerful means of self-expression.
